What are the sealing forms of concrete pump
Sealing forms mainly include the following:
- Packing seal: Use soft materials such as asbestos, graphite, etc., and press it between the piston and the cylinder through the gland to play a sealing role. The cost is low, but the sealing effect is relatively general, and it needs to be adjusted and replaced frequently.
- Piston ring seal: Install an elastic metal ring on the piston, and rely on the elasticity of the ring and gas pressure to make it close to the cylinder wall to achieve seal. Good sealing effect, suitable for high pressure and high speed working conditions.
- Sealing ring sealing: common O-ring, Y-ring, V-ring and so on. O-ring has simple structure and reliable sealing; Y-rings and V-rings can withstand higher pressures.
- Combined sealing: A variety of sealing forms are used in combination to improve sealing performance and reliability. For example, the combination of piston ring and seal ring.
- Mechanical seal: through one or more pairs of end faces perpendicular to the axis of rotation under the action of fluid pressure and the elastic force of the compensation mechanism, as well as the coordination of the auxiliary seal, maintain the fit and relative sliding, so as to prevent fluid leakage. It is often used in situations with high sealing requirements.
